How to choose where to start

If you are opening something new, start with licensure and enrollment, because everything else depends on the sequence those two impose. If you have received a finding or an audit letter, start with compliance — and send us the deadline first. If your operation is stable but your margin is not, start with payer contracting, since that is where the money usually is.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work only with Texas providers?

Licensure work is Texas-focused because state rules differ substantially. Medicare enrollment, credentialing, payer contracting, policy development, compliance programs and training are performed for clients in other states as well.

Can you take on a single project rather than a retainer?

Yes. A single enrollment, one policy manual or one mock survey are all normal engagements.

Do you work alongside our attorney and accountant?

Routinely, and in transactional and audit matters we prefer it. We do not practise law or provide legal advice.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the situation and we will tell you which of these applies — or tell you that none of them do.
